Patients can book their OP token from home using our webapp, and the token instantly reaches the hospital’s dashboard. The doctor or staff updates the token number during consultation with a single click, and all patients who booked through ZivaMed receive real-time live token updates on their phone. If a patient walks in and takes a manual token, the staff can enter that token into the doctor dashboard so the live queue remains accurate. This system reduces crowding, saves waiting time, makes hospital flow smooth, and keeps both patients and doctors informed at every step.

Zivamed is a digital facilitation platform that supports hospitals and clinics by enabling OP token booking,patient SMS confirmation and live token status. Zivamed does not provide medical services, control hospital operations and healthcare advise.
